Aspen Community Foundation's Early Childhood Fund helped Garfield RE-2 School District turn the key on a new project aimed at increasing preschoolers' literacy. The Gus the Bus program was rolled out in Rifle, near Highland Elementary School. Aspen Public Radio's Victoria Foley reports.
